RWA (Raiffeisen Ware Austria) is a well-known European corporation based in Austria, which has been operating on the territory of Serbia for more than a decade. The RWA assortment consists of top seeds of proven genetics, as well as a rich range of plant protection products.

Concept and strategy

The definition of the performance strategy was preceded by a thorough analysis of the market and competition, in order to familiarize ourselves with the market. The analysis brought us initial guidelines, necessary for defining the strategy of creative performance and online advertising. The ultimate goal was maximal exploitation of digital media potential.

Our team carefully defined the tone of communication and determined the trajectory of creative online performance. We then proceeded to the segmentation of the target group and defining all the parameters we associate with performance activities.

All elements (design, copywriting, video production, paid campaigns) are now synchronized, and the thoroughly designed online presence soon produced the first results.

Results

Online activities have produced excellent results. The presence of the brand has increased 9 times compared to the period before our engagement. Product sales show an average increase of 100% per year.
